CSM Library is open to all. All in-library services, such as access to computers and library collections, are available to everyone during library open hours.
A Community Member is anyone who does not work at or currently attend the SMCCD colleges. Community Members and Alumni can obtain a library account by completing the online application or visiting the CSM Library. Please bring Current California I.D or driver's license with proof of current residence OR current picture ID and official mail with your current address (utility bill, check stub, etc.).
As a Community Card member, you will be able to borrow most circulating print items and renew items up to two times (each renewal is for three weeks. Items with a hold request may not be renewed). Items can be returned to any San Mateo Community College District Library or PLS Library.
