CSM Makerspace

What is a Makerspace

Welcome!

Want to learn about 3D printing, laser cutting, and cutting intricate designs into vinyl or paper?

The CSM Library offers Maker Studio sessions throughout the week. CSM students, Faculty/Staff, and Community members will be introduced to 3D printing, laser engraving and/or cutting, or Cricut (paper / vinyl / fabric) cutting projects. Each of these tools will allow the CSM community to expand their knowledge. Sessions are drop-in and no pre-registration is required. Projects outside of the scope of the planned activity will be supported as time and staffing permit.

If you're curious about our space and projects, you can see photos throughout this guide, as well as in our Events Photos page.

We will also offer drop-in and walk-in times when you can arrive with your projects, or we can show you how to use the equipment while making simple designs. Access is first come, first served. There are no set guided activities. See our calendar of events in the "Events and Schedule" tab on this guide, or just come in and see what it's all about!
